We aim to process and dispatch orders within:

- 3–5 working days during peak periods (e.g., Christmas)
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.
2. Delivery Services
We use trusted UK delivery partners such as:
- Royal Mail
- Evri
- DPD
- ParcelForce
The courier used may vary depending on product size, weight, and destination.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Tracked Delivery: 2–4 working days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

5. Incorrect Address

Uncollected parcels returned to us may incur a re-delivery fee.

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland).

9. Damaged Parcels
If your item arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and item
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved
